Where possible we will arrange a client visit at a convenient time for you. Meeting face to face helps us to build up a clear picture of your company's environment and culture so we can ensure we match candidates as accurately as possible.
Once briefed with a clear understanding of your requirements, we consider our extensive network of registered candidates. We will also proactively search for a suitable match using advertising and recommendations. All our candidates have a minimum of three years experience in relevant roles.
We meet all candidates face to face and interview thoroughly using competency and personality based techniques. We will only send you candidates when we are sure that they accurately meet your requirements.
