A Personal Trainer can devise an exercise programme designed to help you achieve specific health and fitness goals. A Personal Trainer will start by assessing your current fitness and discussing what you want to achieve. They will then produce a timetable and a programme that is specific to you.

The trainer will then visit your home for a designated number of hours each week and will supervise you as you follow the programme.
