Employment Law Health Check for Household Staff

The Employment Law Health Check is designed for anyone who employs private household staff. It will ensure you are complying with current employment legislation and will identify any action that you should take to avoid problems in the future.

For a flat fee of just £450, the Health Check will offer specialist legal advice covering:

Employment Contracts - reviewing and updating current documentation or putting employment contracts in place for staff members.
Confidentiality Agreements - ensuring that these are appropriate and enforceable.
Immigration Issues - ensuring that recently amended immigration and work permit rules are being complied with and identifying any related issues.
Property - ensuring that live-in staff have the appropriate tenancy status to avoid any difficulties following the end of the employment relationship.
